After we have received your order and payment, we will ship your package within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays. When the order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the track and trace code to track your package.
Once the package has been offered to the supplier, we can no longer change the delivery address. Please always check if the address you submitted is correct. Orders that could not be deliver and are eventually returned to our warehouse will not be re-shipped.


Orders with a total order amount lower than €75,- will be charged a shipment fee of €4,95. For all orders over €75,- there will be no shipping costs.
The reason we ask shipping fees for the smaller orders, is because the shipping is not free for us as well. On small orders we would still like to safe as much money as we can for the EQ foundation so we can spend more on projects to generate equality for those in need.
Orders that are shipped outside of The Netherlands will be charged €6,95.


After the payment has been processed the order will be shipped within 24 hours. After the package is under the wings of our delivery service it can take 1-2 working days to be handed over to you.
For foreign deliveries it will take 3-5 working days before you can enjoy your new EQ favorites.


At EQ Clothing we make use of the delivery services of PostNL via MyParcel.
We are proud to tell we don’t use any form of plastic in our shipments. Not from our factory and not to you. Your order will be carefully packed in recycled craft paper. Our ecofriendly EQ stickers are made of sugarcane and are completely compostable.
We make sure our products won’t catch any damage on the road and cause ass less damage as we can control.


We will take the best care of your order and will prepare the package ourselves. If there is anything missing in your delivery please contact us, we are sure we can figure out a solution together.
Please check your address and items before your payment. After your order is picked up by the delivery service we will not be responsible for packages that are wrongly addressed or lost in traffic. After your package has left the building we cannot change anything.
