General Information

Is something not quite right or have you changed your mind? You can return or exchange the unworn, unaltered product(s) within 14 days of delivery free of charge, with the exception of transport costs. We only accept undamaged items that are in their original condition. Products may be reasonably worn to test functionality as is possible in a store. The products should not be used or worn outside.

Om je bestelling via MyParcel te retourneren is dat wat je moet doen

  • Voeg het ingevulde retourformulier toe aan het pakket, of schrijf de gevraagde informatie op een briefje
  • Plak het retouretiket over je eigen adresgegevens op het pakket
  • Geef het pakket af bij een PostNL-locatie. Vind hier de dichtstbijzijnde PostNL-locatie
  • Je ontvangt direct een verzendbewijs met track & trace code
  • De kosten bedragen € 5,95 en worden in mindering gebracht op het terug te betalen bedrag

For countries besides the Netherlands

  • Enclose the completed return form ( Dutch or English ) with the package, or write the requested information on a note
  • Attach the return label over your own address details on the package
  • The costs are € 9.95 and will be deducted from the amount to be repaid afterwards

Return shipments that have been sent outside the specified legal timeframe or that have not been received in their original condition can be refused by EQ Clothing. If you want to return items from different orders, this is allowed in one shipment, do not forget to send a separate return form for both. Without a return form, returns cannot be processed correctly.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Within a week after processing your return shipment, the return amount will be refunded via the payment method chosen by you. The shipping costs and any damage will be deducted from this.

Complaint?

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are entitled by law to a reliable product. If this is not the case due to our fault, we will be happy to find a solution together with you. If you have a complaint about a purchased item, we would like to hear from you. In that case, please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

  • Name and address
  • Order number 
  • Nature of your complaint
  • If your complaint is about the quality of our clothing, please attach a photo of the issue

If you have returned a garment that was not of the right quality, we will also reimburse the return costs incurred. We will deliver you a new item at no extra cost.

Incorrect returns

EQ Clothing is not responsible for returns made to other companies, if you do this accidentally you can arrange a collection with our customer service within 30 days. We do not provide any service for this and all costs are for your own account.
